I like your idea. I like the colours and mood. I think you should crop it a bit on the left, and (on my screen)it seems to lack definition, maybe it was from the low shutter speed. If you can sharpen it a bit it might make it better.

The floating leaves add color and interest and combination of smoothness and turbulence is complimentary. A smidgen cropped off the top for balance? Very nice...

I think there is too much contrast in the picture - it even hurts my eyes a bit. It could be in part because of my monitor though, hehe.
