Cypress Path (Northern District, Point Reyes National Seashore)

The re-take of 'cypress path'. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Jerry, This is a nice shot with the road leading to the vehicle at the far end. Somehow I feel that the photo lacks a bit of contrast and/or shadows. I am obviously not sure of the shooting conditions. Btw, I did not rate it as you are one of the photographers I admire and I don't think I am good enough to rate your shots. Regards .

Wow Manoj, I feel truely honored and you are way too modest. You are right about the lighting situation. It was a cloudy day and the light was really dull. Actually I bet it should look better in B&W which I will try later once I get the chance. I think this place is a restricted area so I always took the picture from the road outside. Maybe next time I should try to take the shot from the other side. Thanks for stopping by.

Well, I don't know about 'coming alive' or the conditions - fact is this is wonderfully captured. I'd kill for some dawn/disk shots of this too.
