Hi Joe, you captured a nice subtle range of colors here! An image doesn't need to be oversaturated to stand out. The moon here is a bit bright and blurry. May I ask what your camera settings were when you snapped this? I have some ideas for better detail on the moon but I don't want to assume since I don't know what you did to begin with. Feel free to email me if that's easier than posting.

it,s simple ; i was on a boat ride near west point,i had my camera in one hand and a beer in the other ; all of a sudden i said that would make a nice picture(i said to myself) i pointed my camera and here we are(cannon 300 digital with the nob on top pointed at the icon that looks like a landscape)

Joe, you've made my night. Thank you! Sometimes it's better not to get TOO critical and remember to just have FUN! Knowing the circumstances behind the photo is half of it.
