I was near tears during the whole session. I have children myself and I just cannot begin to imagine what it would feel like to realise that your own child might soon be leaving you and this world forever...

 

All this on top of losing Ruby's twin sister, Lucy... the strength of Ruby's parents, and all parents in this situation, humbles me and puts my daily 'worries' and 'gripes' about life to shame... like you said in another comment, Amar - it puts our own lives in perspective... M

I've seen a lot of your work, but I guess I never stopped by to see this presentation, I have tears welling up in my eyes as I look at this picture. Excellent ART Michael, excellent art.

as a father who sufferd the loss of an infant daughter ( i recognize the feeding tube, been there too) i want to say your photos touched my heart. well done. it should remind us all life is a gift, and shows us whats most important. thank you
