alberto.conde 0 Posted September 6, 2005 Comments are welcome.I used TMax 400 film with a Nikon FM2 and a 50mm f2 Nikkor manual lens with a red filter.I shot another image of the same subject which is shown below in another attached file. I'd like to know which image you prefer. Link to comment
bruno 0 Posted September 6, 2005 I can't see the alternate take :) Just one question: why so much grain? I never had so much grain with Tmax 400. Probably you should try to scan at a higher resolution and then reduce the size, I'm getting much better scans this way. Link to comment
Saludos. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted September 6, 2005 I'm amazed at the grain, myself. I'm scanning at 4800 dpi and 48 bits colour depth to a TIFF file of some 80 megas which I post process later. The scanner is good enough in most experts opinions... But I have the impression that I get better results scanning colour slides Link to comment
Ciao. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted September 6, 2005 Thanks Fer. I was not brave enough to crop the image and I uploaded the full frame. Now, upon seeing your crop, I am not sure. A closer approach, as you suggest, is better in emphasizing the spectator but my upload gives a better sense of vastness. Link to comment
Link to comment
Link to comment
Link to comment
Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted September 7, 2005 Ya me xplicarás en que consiste esa ténica litográfica digital... Link to comment
Link to comment
Link to comment
