Saw this foresaken boat, partially sunken in the water. It must have had its past glory, like everything & everyone, so couldn't resist taking a shot of it at sunset. Your feedback is most appreciated.

Very nice picture. Good composition. I like the colors. The only thing I don't like very much, is the frame, sorry. :) But the picture is fine and the title is well-chosen too!

oh, thought it was a sinking boat. Yes, it is,but only forgotten, not a disaster. Love the glorious sunset: two ends; the boat's, less glorious, but the sunset gives it beauty.

I've never seen a sunset this colorful near the equator but whatever it is, you've done well in this image. Give yourself a pat on the back and take a bow!

 

If there's anything to suggest as an improvement, framing style here attracts too much attention for my eyes and pulls away my eyes to the frame instead of where it should be --- the image.

What a wonderful shot Cherlyn. I like the warm tones of the sky, which even makes the neglected boat to a beautiful subject in this composition. In a certain way the frame expressed what the image already shows to me. The dark boat is nothing without the beautiful yellow background and the other way round. Excellent work Cherlyn!
