Nice landscape. I am not sure that the shadow in the right angle is welcome.

henri, i was hoping for the shadows from the clouds to be a little more scattered... instead there were only a couple of big ones. this is probably one of those pictures that means more to the photographer--it takes me back there.

that's great view about my favorite san juan. I know the lighting is hard for most of time. This one is really good. I guess this takes lots hike, right?

kurt, to get to this viewpoint i had to drive on some pretty steep and rough 4wd roads for several miles. but i was able to park and hike only about 200 feet to get to this vantage point. next time i'm definitely driving that dirt road that runs through the valley.
