cherlyn 1 Posted September 5, 2005 I like the flash of red against the overall green padi fields. Very nice. Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted September 5, 2005 The red-green contrast is great, and so is the composition with the justapoxition of the peasant who is carrying home something and the fields at the horison. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 5, 2005 Step-cultivation, I didn't know they still do this in the 21st century. :-)Colors and consistent lighting works very well for me. There's some loss of crispness; were you too far away from the sweet spot of the lens?If there's any suggestion, the human figure looks a little too central in the frame and loses quite a bit of punch. This one is much better in the composition Link to comment
frank_melchior 0 Posted September 5, 2005 Well done, moves my eye all around, super contrast. Link to comment
Bilal Zaheer 0 Posted September 6, 2005 you got it all nicely in one shot. i think just the face needs to be brightened up a little biit. Link to comment
rkynast 1 Posted September 7, 2005 Beautiful work. I'm not sure that lightening the face does anything for the photo. Thanks for posting. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted September 10, 2005 Thanks guys. I cropped the image as it is because the sides have clutter which are distracting. I will have preferred the man on the left of course. Link to comment

ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted September 11, 2005 Superb Alec. The red stands out among all the green and breaks it up nicely. The patterns keep the eye's interest and it's very sharp throughout Link to comment
