"Wild turkeys, one on the wing, one on the run"

Got lucky and caught a flock of wild turkeys crossing a road. Did not

know I had caught this shot till under review. Comments and

suggestions welcomed. A levels adjustment was all that was done to

the picture besides the crop and frame. Thanks.

Wow- this is a neat and original shot! However turkeys can't fly so the turkeys were running for good reason! Some type of bird of prey was on the hunt for dinner! Might I suggest cropping more? That way the focus would be more on the subject.

Thanks for the suggestion on the crop. As for do turkeys fly, yes they do. Domestic turkeys can't. Wild ones can fly a fair distance. They will roost in trees in the midday and the night. But from my understanding they ground nest when hatching chicks. Have chased many a wild turkey have seen them fly away. Thanks for the suggestion.
