A steamy April afternoon at Illinois Heron Pond. I found it

challenging to photograph this area and would appreciate suggestions.

heron pond is a great place it feels like your back in a prehistoric area, great shot ill have to send you a couple of mine of the area

I really like the sense of space created by the moisture in the air and the overall tone of this. The reflection is also a nice touch. The challenge of this location would be how to crop. As it is, it seeems a little out of balance. Maybe cropping a little off the left to use the tree in the left foreground to frame the picture more. And then a little off the bottom to keep the longer horizontal proportion. (see attached.) I'll admit,though, that this looks a little too cramped.
