Silhouette in Gold

Just caught my eye. Comments welcome.

I was walking down towards the river when I spotted these people cross the sun's reflection. I had about 7 seconds to up camera and move a few feet to center them and shoot handheld. For the 10 seconds I spent on it I'm happy for the mood of the shot. Obviously if I had taken the time to get a few models and setup the tripod etc the outcome could have been better but I am steal pleased with the results. Thanks for the comment.

Pretty good for a quick grab, Ray. Although not perfect, it's well within acceptable exposure range considering the time you had to react.

 

Saw your Ecomuseum pictures - fun place to shoot, isn't it?

It has great mood and atmosphere. The golden water with sunpath is always something I like. Plus you have caught this couple in the light. Good reflexes.
