Nice shot. My suggestion would have been to use a softer ND grad, as although the sky is nice with the graduation above the horizon, your hard ND has made your trees 2 tone also.

Really powerful image, I can feel the storm coming. Lot's of strong graphic elements well composed with the rocks, trees, and sky. I would suggest that you crop out part of the foreground to get rid of the dark corner and the tops of the weeds. An image well "seen".
