Small gate leading to a 130 meters high cliff over the Atlantic

Ocean, in the most western point of the European continent.

Wonderful colors. But the straight-on angle just doesn't excite me. Especially when combined with the sea fading into the sky, the angle makes the photo look flat.

I like the composition a lot, the sky above dilluting in the sea means the freedom and space. Only you have to get behind the red fence. Once you fly, it is a piece of cake. jana

I like how the line of the gate coincides with the line of the horizon. And of course the strong light.

I like it a lot! Great graphic shot with some few colors. Well done for the horizon: sky and sea in the same blue, very nice. Congrats for the title you gave.

Another one that i like very much. Looking simple and "depouillee" (##@## !! forgot the english word for this) but still perfectly composed... and nice, classical mediterranean colours (yes, i know Portugal has no shores on mediterranee... let's say southern europe colours, then).

Jay, I think the word you were trying to remember in english is "despoiled"? (I had to go check in the dictionary, since my french is very forgotten...) Yes we have no shore on the mediterranean but I guess that if we have mediterranean colours then we must belong to it:) Best regards.
