LenMarriott 9 Posted September 14, 2005 Michael, A fine composition with very skillful use of the grad filter (read: use not obvious to the casual observer). Lots of diagonal lines prevent this one from becoming too static. Use of B&W is great for keeping one's attention on the tones, shapes, and textures, & the shot is further enhanced through the equally skillful use of the polarizing filter. The open door is seen as proof this is not an abandoned building and is also an invitation for further exploration. Would make an exceptional 'Fine Art' print ( as big as you could make it), in my estimation. Best, LM. Link to comment
