The exposure has worked marvellously well here. I am left feeling a different viewpoint might have made the composition stronger, but I'm not sure. A very satisfying shot.

I love this kind of Photo ! If I remember well, your Salamanca one is the same sort of composition, isn't it ? Symmetry is required because of the spirit of religious architecture which often symmetrically speak. Theo, your work is much more than excellent.

such a standard subject (columns) but so expertly portrayed. a perfect exposure, incredible detail, great composition. very pleasing to the eye. best photo i've seen in weeks on this site.

I admit I'm a sucker for this kind of shot. I've taken so many of these myself that I feel like I'm standing there next to you.
