bentes_world 0 Posted August 14, 2005 This fellow stands out so clear on the background and at the same time it's similar to the background's color. Amazing. It's very beautiful Donna. 'The owner of this photo has rated 1 of your photos with a 7 during the last fourteen days; and you aren't allowed to reciprocate so soon.' Because of this rule I won't rate your photo right now because I'm not alloved to use the numbers it deserves - 7/6. Sorry Donna Link to comment
lgreene 0 Posted August 14, 2005 I agree with the others-the light blues through out the shot are wonderful. The frame is a good compliment to the shot.:-) Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted August 29, 2005 Donna, This is extremely well done. The background is different than I normally see with dragonfly shots. You managed to place the focus right where it needed to be and the dragonfly is placed perfectly in the frame. Link to comment

donnaalbers 0 Posted October 9, 2005 Chris, most of my work is handheld but I just started using a monopod which I used in this image. . it's a compromise between added stability and loss of some flexibility, but I think it worked in this case. Link to comment
