Nice Catch Wilson, I'm really enjoying your summer baseball series. You caught some very nice action shots. As anticipated the the colors, crop and clarity are great. Enjoy the reset of the season. Regards, Scott
Base-a-ball again. Technically perfect.
Thanks. Tough one, Ken. It was extremely sunny and it doesn't help that the uniform is white & dark, dark, blue. Opening up shadow in this situation might not help to see his face much since he was wearing shades. ^_^
Wow One of my favorite so far...I think because of the bright yellow background which contrasts so well with the uniforms. Great action, as usual....
1/6400 second shutter speed. Wow, that's one helluva fast ss. Great action shot. Only suggestion would be to try to bring the shadows up a little.
This is what a great action photo looks like. Perfect timing, perfect DOF, great colors in a harsh lighting situation. Great work as always!

I really like that little streak of light on the ball! Wonderful timing, color, DOF, & just plain superb capture! Why are you not a sports photographer??????? Probably a step down in pay from your real job, but damn you're good at it!
Great one, Wilson. I really like your style.
Thanks for your comments, SCOTT: I'm very glad that you're enjoying the series. Like with many other good things, it's now coming to an end with couple more games to go. LINDA: Glad you like this, Linda. HOWARD: Thank-a-you, Howard. ^_^ SARAH: Always appreciate your feedback, Sarah. JOHN: Thanks, John. Too bad all the seasons are whining down, isn't it. JAYME: Thanks for your feedback as always, Jayme. You sure are right about the pay! Wilson ^_^

Love the DOF here! Great action capture!
Ball was, "In the Mitt," but a bit late . . . Everett AquaSox second baseman Luis Valbuena catching the ball as Eugene Emeralds Mike Sansoe safely stole second base in the top of first inning at Everett Memorial Stadium. AquaSox won 1-0.
