Emily and Henny, thanks for stopping by.

Sarah, thanks for your comments. I've got some of these hanging in a local gallery. Unfortunately the walls of my house are full. It would be nice to get 30 or 40 of these framed and hang them all together. I'm planning to approach some galleries about a new show of these (fortunately, they sell ok). It was nice to hear from you--I haven't seen much of your stuff lately.

I haven't been shooting much. I am just a little burned out and very busy at work....I need a vacation! I am trying to stay inspired by looking at P.N. BTW, you have some awesome new work!

I have recently joined a photo blogging community. Within that community I have found a blog that has similar characteristics to this and the others in this folder. This is a very interesting perspective. some of the same

I especially like this one. The colors and the sharpness of just one part of the flower let my mind wander in a fantasy land.

Very nice portfolio.

M. Meehan, thanks for your comment and the link--it's nice to hear from an old-time person on Photo.net.

I've come across Michael Brown's work before and I enjoyed looking through his blog.

Recently, a company licensed about 60 of my macros and they are selling them as canvas Giclee prints at fine home decor and furniture stores. It will be interesting to see how they sell.

Congratulations on the license purchase of your photos. Printed onto canvas! Oh I think they will be lovely. I would think they would sell wonderfully well for home decor. This one for example would be very nice with my colors, and would definitely be a conversation piece. If only I had room.

Amusing that you two Brown boys would be doing the same kind of photography. Hmmm, I don't recall where he lives. Might this be something the Pacific Northwest does to our minds? kidding!

John McLaine has posted some recent holiday snaps and has had a few comments from other 'oldies'.

Very nice web page! I have it bookmarked. I wonder if you have put any of your poetry on line? And I wonder if you associate a photo with a poem. I recently had a couple of poems (I have no idea if they are good or not) pop into my head and insist on being written down, and so I added them to my very amateur home page. Its all good fun.
