olli.pekonen 0 Posted August 7, 2005 Portrait of a Finnish reality TV star Teresa De Rita-Cavlek. In terms of portraiture, what do you reckon? Link to comment
weatherman 0 Posted August 7, 2005 Olli, nice one, obviously you can't go wrong with such a beauty. IMO background is kinda dull. You have good potential bokeh, may be better lit round shapes could support the background better. well done! Link to comment
olli.pekonen 0 Posted August 7, 2005 Ersagun: We obviously tried to make a punchy contrast with green BG and Teresa's ravishingly red hair. The bokeh is right out of the 200/2.8L with maximum aperture, very little gimmicks used here. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 17, 2005 The diagonal composition idea works well. However, I think it has not been the optimum moment. She appears a bit tense. Your experience on shooting hairdos comes forward here. It was getting gradually colder and you can see it from the fingers. It is amazing how soft light a couple of EX420s thru umbrellas can produce. It was really a revelation for me. All and all a very very good shot of Teresa. Link to comment
