A pretty girl, interesting attire, a look that's ambiguous, good lighting and sharp focus. Not bad, Bill, not bad at all.

Another one with great eye contact

Some people are beautiful with no effort on their parts. Others become beauty through the sheer power of personality. The latter are the most interesting. I think this lady is somewhere in between. Yes, she has The Look. Her eyes seem as if they can see through walls.
