Wow, as a jumper rider myself, I must say what a great shot! It's exciting and really expresses the thrill of flying over a fence on horseback. Love it all except for that the rider isn't wearing a helmet...I hope that those of us taking equestrian pictures on this site will please implore our riders to wear helmets, especially when jumping. It's right up there with a child safety seat and a seat belt- it makes all the difference in an accident, which can happen even while being photographed. And as for the aesthetics of the helmet, it may seem more pleasant to show the wind whipping through the hair of your rider. It isn't- a helmet looks professional, very appropriate, and if it is missing it actually lowers my opinion of the photo. Thanks for hearing me on this, and with that all being said, great picture!

Tony its really a great capture. selection of the object from unususal perspective attracts me alot. impressive shot. just the size of pic is bit bothering but still no love lost. lol
