pnital 36 Posted August 4, 2005 Visiting Vienna, a modern city which is surrounded with a ring ( double meaning) of the past.Monumental buildings and churches in different artistic styles like Gothic, Barok, Rokoko, full, but full of statues scene, angels, flowers decorations. all of them scenes telling the glory/story of the past. And the arts, music, theatre, are as well based on many of creators ,belonging to the past. My folder is a photographic impressions of the city. Thanks for your Impressions.... Link to comment

atkphotoworks 0 Posted August 4, 2005 So looking at the interesting pieces here - I'll comment on the image that is featured with the manequins. I like the reflection and the city action captured behind you or for the mannequins to see. However, I also look at it vis-a-vis the other images from your trip and the contrasts between "traditional" and "modern"; old and new. Link to comment
amélie 0 Posted August 5, 2005 teehee pnina, had to see what the problem is...and it's surely a different pic! I like both.:))) The ladies are mighty fine! I'll have one or each(the underwear). ;))) Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted August 5, 2005 Amar,You have read right my intention! the old city reflected in the window, and the manequins modern presentation, thanks Andrea, and DF, WOW, in our modern city they are watched by the third man....and his head is even not reflected in the window... very effective! Am'lie, very well, let me know which, I will strip it of and send it to you... lol... Thanks for the "both". Link to comment

andrewpgrant 0 Posted August 5, 2005 Great idea and well excecuted. To my mind, the poses of the manequins seem to compliment the dynamic nature of the city in the reflection. Link to comment
