Wonderful! Love the composition and the colors. The yellow of the mill works really well. Did you hand paint that or was it a function of the infrared? Anyway, it's spectacular. I have a picture of this mill in my portfolio, BTW, but not this good.

Sondra, Great photo with the mill, rail fence, the curve in the bank of the mill pond. Your coloration reminds me of photos of long ago.....By the way, guess you know by now that Tony is back from their trip....Jim

Sondre, very nice scenery, do you live near Jim Mec Connell? I remember him taking an image of that place....

Colors and execution are beautiful. Pnina.

Pnina, Jim lives in Greensboro, North Carolina and I live in the SE corner of Virginia. Mabry Mill is about a 5 hour drive for me. Cheers, Sondra

Sondra, nice touch with the hand painted mill and reflection. The darkened water in IR lends a real richness in tone that gives balance to this scene. Well done...

I've just discovered your Infra Red folder and I'm really amazed. What a wonderful shots you have in here. This picture is great! It's so moody. I love the light-brown colours of the mill between the softness of the trees and their leaves. The reflection of the millbuilding is outstanding. I can look for hours to this peaceful image. It's wonderful Sondra! Cheers, Ada:)
