Looks like you guys were having fun! The lens is almost bigger than her face! (But she's holding the camera correctly!!)

 

Photographically, I like that you can't see her eyes ... it makes MY eyes search for a focal point ... and they land right on that lens. Really, a very pleasing shot!

Lou Ann, she's a complete natural in front and behind the camera; a very unusual child indeed. Who knows, we just might see her as a featured photographer on PN some day! :-)

Great photo's, even without the hands. Black and white captures people so well. Sry if that sounds dumb. Nice work Michael. Cheers Nova :)

All of them are great shots Michael.That girl is photogenic. Wait till she is eighteen.

 

Stupid remark perhaps and don't tell her, but I like the particular shape of her navel:)

 

 

Cinnamon swirl, Ada - you weren't the first to notice, but only you and Flore can get away with saying it. :-)

 

Speaking of Flore, I haven't seen any pictures of her from you lately; it would be interesting to discuss our photography experiences of young people.

Things like that are delicate subjects at that age (well, it's a touchy spot in any case)so I'm very glad I'm allowed to come back here;)

 

About Flore Michael, I've made so many pictures of her in the past and she is willing enough, but I've never buckled down to make real portraits of her. My brother is the Portray-man in the family I think. But particular for you I give it a try, so whe can have an expensive evaluation about our experiences. All right? I have some thoughts about this type of photography, and as I've discovered, it's more challenging than it appears. Let me see if I can post some others as a new thread.

Michael, what a beautiful series; with ot without camera, the girl very nice and your camera ( you) enhances that.
