I remember when my best friend taught me tic tac toe, he posinted out that it is impossible to lose if you go first, assuming all is not equal.

So, inevitably there will always be one cross or zero and never three of a kind, if that is of any significance whatsoever I have no idea.

 

Anyhow, I like the mystery behinfd the photo, perhaps you could tell what the idea was.
