Springtail(Allacma fusca)

I don't expect a high raiting on this one but it is in my opinion the

best picture I have produced this far. The creature is about 2mm long.

 

What do you think ?

What great details and sharpness! this is the first time I see this insect...but I'm sure I'll come to see this pic. again! :)

Love it! Nothing bad to say about this shot. Perfect detailn great color, interesting choice of composition (filling the frame works very well in this case). Nice job.

Yes, this shot is cropped, like all of my shots are. I crop all my pictures to the propotions of A4 for printouts. Some of the left and right is copped but it is full hight. This shot is taken at the highest magnification avalible on the MP-E but no extension tube is used.
