Gasworks Park 2, Seattle

This is at Gasworks Park in Seattle. I converted to b&w using the

Channel Mixer and added contrast using curves and dodging and burning

(on the building). Any comments? Thanks!!!! Brian

For me is good industrial shot :) I like it, but I think this second (upper) pipe is unnessesary and useless in this composition... I would crop it and leave only one pipe...

I wouldnt crop any of it. That upper pipe cought my eye first, then it followed back to the plant. Excelent job!! Also, I love the angle of the photo.

Thanks for the comments! The pipe was the first thing that caught my eye as I was walking around the park, so I think I want to leave it in there. Brian

Brian, this is a nice rendition of Gaswork. The clouds, wide angle, and monochrome work together harmoneously here. I like this a lot! ^_^
