Hmm, Well the leaf in the background is in pefect focus so it looks like your hand holding was ok. What shutter speed and aperture did you use? If the flower was moving but not the leaf, a faster shutter speed would help (assuming you have enough light). The more I look at this photo though, the more I think that your depth of field was the real problem. It looks like it is very shallow and the leaf is the point of sharp focus. If the head of the bug and the stamen of the flower were the focal point, with the rest out of focus this would be (for me) a very lovely shot. Using your camera's Depth of Field preview might help you check what is in focus and what is not in the future.
