This is my personal re-visiting of a famous Dalì's painting, called

"Salvador Dali Soft Construction with Boiled Beans Premonition of

Civil_War" of 1936

Any written comment will be appreciated more than a single "cold" rating

;)

thanks a lot and enjoy

I love Dali's work and I think he would be happy to see such a creation modeled from one of his paintings. I wouldn't change a thing. I'd even hang it on my wall.

Hi Mirko: Exceptionally clever and well executed. I saw the original "Soft Construction with Boiled Beans Premonition of Civil War" in Philadelphia and like your version better. I believe Dali's intention was to reference the Spanish Civil, but if you replaced the ramshackle shack with bullet-pocked mosque... well, you get the idea. Can't wait to see more! --jim

Scary & disturbing. Salvador Dali style. Interesting you replaced a man's hand with a woman's hand on the breast. Part of the premonition? :)

Great idea, great execution, & a wonderful "interpretation" of an icon. Fully recognizable, but equally unique.
