What a brilliant title! I can definitely see those chairs being occupied by some ghetto-ass thugs throwing back some 40oz's and eating up some ribs. Or some toothless redneck hicks with their brown-bagged bottle of booze harassing young women as they walk by. Lovely! This image almost dictates a story.
