Knowing what you are after I'd say technically this is pretty much there. The only thing I see as a shortage is the imcompatible background. The face is very thoughtfull, romantic, melancholic and you got warm tones - and the background is like ice, plastics, sand or rock. I would construct a thru out romantic and delicate theme with her face and color world. Anyway, lights and postprocess work seem pretty good.

yes, the portrait part of this is quite OK also in my opinion, but the background and clothing things are a bit out of whack... the background

is actually a silvery curtain of the hair saloon.

Will focus more on the details next time .-)
