Roots and sunset 2

I like this photo more than the original Roots and Sunset. For one thing, the shapes of these root are much more interesting, especially in the portrait orientation. Also, the glow of the sunset is more subtle here, so it doesn't draw attention away like it did in the other version.

Just curious, were these water droplets or ice?

I had pulled a dead houseplant from its pot and shook the dirt off. The roots were like fine hairs so I spritzed them with a spray bottle of water. The weather was warm. Thanks for your comments.

I think this picture is amazing, I love the colors and how through the droplets you can see another picture.
