I've took this shot in a flower and honeybee garden. I was so

delighted with the particular shape of the flower that I've forgotten

to pay attention to it's name. In spite of that I hope you'll enjoy

this picture.

I appreciate your comments, Ada:)

Really pretty. I think that the bee makes this shot much more interesting than it would have been otherwise.

I can just hear him hummmmming the song to himself "Ah, sugar-sugar!" The blues are quite lovely here, dearest Ada! Very nice details you've gotten here, as well.

What a great shot :). The bee makes it but that blue hue is splendid and the soft background really makes it all stand out. It's a winner Ada. Warm ones, Nova :)

A very beautiful shot with a very nice frame, Ada. Esp with the bee there humming humming for honey, that adds to the whole compostion.

Hi Cherlyn, like you know I took this shot in a flower and honeybee garden, so generally speaking you should expect that the flowers would be overcrowded with bees and most of them were. And just like you say, a bee was needed to complete this image. But if you knew how long it took before such a creature landed on this one... I suppose that because of its beauty the sugar was already sucked out. But finally my efforts were amply rewarded. I'm happy you like my shot dear Cherlyn. It's great to see you:)!

Dear Amelie. So happy that you are so enthusiastic about my honeypic. The petals are amazing, indeed, and the whole reminds me of the female reproductive organ. BTW, thank you very much for your compliment because of that pic of my own. The idea for the tails I have from my granddaughter. I never know what to do with my hair when the weather is hot. This was a great solution, but I should never dare to go to the local supermarket with a hair dew like that:~( PN that's a horse of a different colour, don't you think? LOL

Ada your new Bio pic is great. Looks like your letting us sneek in through your window to see your latest photo's. You look like a teenager in ponytails :) What do you say we slip out for ahh soda hehe. Warm thoughts, Nova :)~

Your charmes are irresistable Nova. You make me blush:) But that's what teenagers use to do, if my memory serves me well. Your invitation sounds great. The sun is shinning, the temperatures are high, so let's toast on a long and hot summer! Have a great day, Proost, Ada;)

Thank you for your compliments, Lannie. My outing with Nova yesterday was very nice. But today I feel like having something different as sparkling lemonade. How about an ice cream at the Italian?:)

That would be great, Ada. I will be photographing flowers down at the corner, looking for a bit of honey myself. Get there when you can.

P.S.: Please don't say a word about any of this to anyone.

Ada, what a nice flower, realy an unusual form, I'm sure that if I was a bee I would have liked that color to get honey from....( and your bio pic has nearly the same nice blue color....)

Well seen my friend. Pnina

Hi Pnina, how nice to see you are back again. Have you spend a nice time in Vienna?

The shape of this flower is real great, indeed. But it was very temporary. I've visit the flowergarden last week and there was nothing left of the gracefull shape. It looked like an ordinairy flower. Nothing special. It's the circle of life and we have to except it. Wow, I think I sound as a real wise woman LOL and I'm certainly not:)))

Warmest Regards dear Pnina, Ada:)
