afs760bf 0 Posted July 6, 2005 Some of you, who have nothing better to do than browse through Pnet, may remember the color version of this photo submitted yesterday, located here . Maybe you could compare and see which one you prefer? Or leave some other noteworthy comment? Link to comment
chris hughes 0 Posted July 6, 2005 Very imposing. I like the texture of the shot and the approach to the subject. Not sure how I feel about the fisheye look though and the fact that the chevron is off center kind of bugs me. Link to comment
stevespencer 0 Posted July 6, 2005 I like them both, but I think I like this b&w one a little better. It seems to draw the viewer's attention more to the car without color to divide the viewer's attention to the background a little. Good use of fisheye. Nice sharp image with lots of tonal values. I'm also a sucker for photographs (good ones anyway) of old, rusty vehicles. Where I live, one has to be careful where one stops to photograph old cars, as people think we are from the zoning commission looking to get them a fine for having old junk cars around. josh_ahrens 0 Posted July 8, 2005 I think the off center chevron is the best part! Gives it a little tension because the brain can never quite relax while looking at an *almost* symmetrical picture. Just my 2c :) Link to comment
