As to the answer to the caption - the little terror on the right, to be sure!

when i spotted these kids (brother and sister) walking here, i pleaded with them to allow me

to shoot a couple frames. They were a bit impatient and skeptical of my intentions, but

agreed. I asked them to show me what they were really feeling - this is what i got.

what disturbs me more in this pic is to ask ,organize and compose the reaction of those 2 kids after a question ..... even i like the contrast with the flag behind and the faces of the kids id rather have prefer more spontaneity. But have to rate it again as i did a mistake first time i looked at it lol ;-)
