Statues at a window

I liked this statue and thought low key BW might have some charm.

What do you think?

I assume the girl on the right is real, or am I wrong? If she is, it's a clever idea. But the window frame is very disruptive as it cuts through the profile of the statue. It is also cropped too close on the left. Shooting from different positions and moving the subject around may produce more pleasing results (just in my opinion)

Hello Hanna, no the girl on the right is marble. This was taken in the Louvre. I was aware of the in the background when I took the photo, but I wanted that angle. I'm working on softening the frame and may re-post.

I wondered if she was real too. The smooth marble certainly does a good job as masquerading as flesh and blood. I like the tonal qualities here - a very nice light.

It is a very nice crop ( aside from the left side that is a bit tight), good light, nice scene. Pnina
