smoke as "art" "Fire Spirits"

The background is a section of the "Aspen" forest fire in Tucson

Arizona from July 6, 2003. The other images are original smoke photos

illuminated with multi-colored light from below. Layering and effects

done with PSP 9.

What a beautiful creation! I see a big tribal god surrounded by his beautiful nymphs. I'm always looking for fun subject matter to experiment with - maybe I'll have to try illuminating some smoke =) Again, great photo!

Dave, great idea and execution. For the composition, I woud prefer it not to be mirrored, in that way it would have more natural look. cheers Jana
