Steve McCurry visited this mosque when he was in Singapore last year

and I was intrique. Looked around and came up with a series of

images. Hope you like it. The place is really crammed so used a 14mm

wide-angle to record the images.

Alec, I agree with Pnina about the different shots of the mosque. My one consideration was to crop out the the wall on the left with the video camera attached. That said, I think it adds an interesting effect - even in a place Big Brother is watching.

Thanks Francesco, Joe, Pnina, Arthur for coming by. Amar, big brother is always watching in Singapore. Sircar, you're right. Not many locals know about this Mosque as well. I only became curious when I saw it on TV featured by NatGeo photographer Steve McCurry.

Beautiful angle. My first thought too was that I'd crop out the left side- for aesthetics, but it does add a dimension that can lead to (& did!) to an interesting discussion. Cheers! Iren
