A lovely and an interesting picture. It seems to tell a story, with 2 listeners: the bald guy and anyone looking at the picture.

While a very interesting picture both in composition and subject - the blurring is poorly executed.

 

 

Try this - the next time you want to blur the bg in photoshop - copy over your subjects onto another layer, and then clone over the original layer with "data" that surrounds the subjects.

 

In this picture you would clone leaves to cover all of the girl, some gray ground to cover her lower body and the bald guy.

 

This way, when you blur the background layer - you won't get that "fuzz" around the arms.
