I like this photo and have a few comments and suggestions.

Composition: It might have been nice to have shot this scene to achieve a bit more of a curve to the path... perhaps leading the viewer in a gentle arc from lower left frame to upper right frame (rather than a straight on view).

I would also do a bit more post-processing of the digital image: 1) a bit of Selective Color adjustment (set on neutral) to reduce yellow tone; 2) increase the contrast (a touch of Levels adjustment and a bit more with Curves) and 3) increase depth of color saturation (could use Hue Saturation but might be better to duplicate layer, then set to Soft Light, and then adjust opacity and fill.

A few thought for an already very nice photo.
