A day at the beach

On the Pacific side of Lovers' Beach, Cabo San Lucas, the waves break

directly onto the sand, with spectacular results.

Fasinating picture. It is amazing how one can catch the motion of the waves breaking onto the beach with such force. The colors with the dark cliffs, blue sky, sand and white waves are great. There an element of relaxation and danger as well. I really enjoyed this picture and wish I was there.

Thanks for the compliment! This is taken in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where the Gulf of California is separated from the Pacific Ocean by only about 100 meters. This is the Pacific Ocean side, and a scary place it is, too.
