Come and visit Aledo

I only pretend to show how lovely small rural hotels can be in southern Spain.

This one is located in Aledo, in Murcia, an impressive medieval village with famous history of chivalry and gallantry behind it.

Definitely worth the visit!

Alberto, the red pot against the orange (yellow?) hotel really set this off for me. I started to look at your other recent submittals but the central color and composition of this shot is quite nice :-)

Strong colours and strong composition! It looks slightly rotated cw to me but that is not significant. The yellow, reds and blues go together superbly.

But you know how maniac I am about horizontality (ladies, don't misunderstand me!) to the point of having a level fitted om the flash hotshoe of my camera when using my tripod, as I used here.

Perhaps the reason lies in the wide angle lens. My 18-35mm lens was set at 24mm...

I notice that a critic has decorated me with a, probably deserved, 2-2.

However, out of some unwritten rule of manners, I would appreciate from the learned critic to enlighten me with the technical reasons for the rebuke. My photography would, certainly, improve thanks to his/her lessons.

Es cierto, ambas fotografias se inscriben dentro de un mismo estilo geometrico, con la salvedad de que esta tuya agrega un colorido formidable. La composicion es ejemplar.
