Nice lighting and detail, Gaetan. I probably would have square-cropped this to just in front of his back foot. When using partial body crops, it's hard not to have it looked like you "missed" the shot. It seems a more substantial crop makes it look intentional. You are becoming quite the nature photographer now!

For a better composition, yes I was layed down at earth to take that shot.

Yes I did crop the photo. Your suggestion to square-cropped this to just in front of his back foot is a very nice idea. I have made a new cropping. I hope you like it.

Gaetan, I think it's much improved with the extra cropping. My eyes go straight to his face instead of to his partial foot in the back. Funny how that works!

No I do not use hide. But it take a lot of patience to get this kind of photo.
