One thought I had was removing the people in the back by desaturating them or blowing them out of focus, but then I like the mix of curiosity with the old bloke, and dis-interest with the women, which adds life to the image. Cant decide, but I like it anyway. Only small distraction is the expression on your models face.

Excellent, the opposition between the movement of your main character and others people. But I wonder if it not should be better, with better impact, if photo was in black&white excepted your main character

It does not get any better from this. I very rarely give 7/7, but this one earns it clearly.
