Ok, it's not really a "nice" picture, but I was impressed by the

contrast between yelow tones of the lights and the blue dominance of

the future refected building. Be free to comment.

is this thru a window? i'm a little put off by what appears to be a tertiary reflection over the center right window?

No, it's not behind a window, there was just a net in front of the work to avoid accidents. This picture is one of my worst rated ! But, never mind, in my opinion, there is something... I can't explain exactly what ;-)
