ryan w. radtke 0 Posted June 17, 2005 Im glad everyone likes this photo. Its my favorite from my trip. I acutally didnt like the digital scan of it, I dont usually like the digital scans of my negs. I wish you all could see the 16 x 16 FB print thats framed and hanging on my wall. :) Link to comment
abdulkerim_alabud 0 Posted June 17, 2005 I think that it should be better if you keep the original colours in stead of black & white . Link to comment
kenneth_chua 0 Posted June 18, 2005 WOW!! In love with this.. which part of mekong delta is this taken? can't wait to explore it.. Link to comment
ryan w. radtke 0 Posted June 19, 2005 Abdulkerim, the original colors were black and white. :) As for the area of the delta, I spent 2 days there and forget exactly which islands I was coming from and going to. I believe this was on my trip between Dragon island and Unicorn island. This was on my first day, when I was on the more touristy track so its an area you can access even if you go with a group. But its not that expensive, just 75 a day, to hire a local guide and get around on your own. If anyone ends up in vietnam, try as hard as you can not to go with the nationalized tours as you will miss the whole country. If you dont mind motercycles and traveling by motercycle, thats the best way.. Also, take a trip up the mekong by slow boat into cambodia. Fantastic trip. Link to comment
