nozturk 0 Posted June 12, 2005 "Trees frighten me a bit. They are so beautiful," said Borges. The trees I saw in this garden were frigteningly beautiful indeed. Please let me know if this photograph succeeds at giving you a hint of that beauty. Thank you. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted June 17, 2005 Well my daer Naim, I would certainly be lost in your beautiful forest and not wanting to come out of it, just to stay there for ever, in this poetic solitude! So beautiful and dreamy, incredible colors :) Thank you so much dear Naim, for your such beautiful words about my Child curiosity. Thank you, you are a poet in words and photography! Sincerely, B:l:ana Link to comment
lupine 0 Posted June 23, 2005 Great series! You have truly captured the essence of the scenes. If I didn't know better, I would have thought you brought in your own leaves! Great color, great composition. Far from a "been there, done that" photograph. I hear the footsteps on the leaves and I feel the chill in the air. Link to comment
nozturk 0 Posted June 24, 2005 Al, Reencarnacion, Biliana and Paul, thanks for your comments. And Dear Paul I did bring in my own leaves! These are the leaves I have been shedding every fall. And the footsteps you hear are my own, maybe yours too :-) Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted August 8, 2005 These three photos are beautiful, mystical, and magical. Borges would have felt their wonder. Where did you shoot these? Link to comment
nozturk 0 Posted August 9, 2005 I am glad you like them Mark. I took the photos in Cooperstown, NY. Just as I was leaving, a crew came in to sweep up the leaves. One man's beautiful sight is another's unsightly mess... Link to comment
