I tried to do a formal headshot ala kevyn Major Howard style. What

do you think? how can I improve it?

Beautiful photo and lovely model. The choosen depth of field is interesting (bringing out the girl's eyes) but I think I would like to see it all in focus (specially the lips). Anyway, this is just beautiful. Congrats!

Here you have a portrait that is perfect - it sows her beauty so well and leaves room for mystery as well as personality.

What I love most is the way her eyes reflect her warm heart. She must trust you. :-)

Good shot, like the DOF. Strong eyes.

 

only suggestion, is possibly to edit out the freckles on the forhead and cheek. Just makes the skin look smoother...

 

on the otherhand, takes away from her natural state. (make since?)
