mrhaydon 0 Posted June 10, 2005 This is trial and error but at least there's no waste of film. About 1 in 20 shots result in a mid air dart. Link to comment
grillot 0 Posted June 10, 2005 very good .. like it.. rearrange the pictures in the background out of the path of the dart.. lose the shadow -- add some blurr to create some motion.. and then you will "hit the target" ... maybe also reposition the dart to be moving to the bull's eye... LOTS of possibilities with this. Link to comment
mcgarity 0 Posted June 10, 2005 This is a heck of a shot. Someone mentioned blurring out the background etc etc etc. That would make for a very different look. It might even be more aesthetically pleasing. But sometimes you just need to be happy with what you have got. And what you've got is a heck of a shot. I like it. Link to comment
charles-antoine auger 0 Posted June 18, 2005 Put the flash of the camera, on camera flash give those bad shadows... well... still a 5/6 Link to comment
airwinger 0 Posted September 21, 2005 Very nice idea. Perhaps, try slowering your shutter speed bit by bit till you get a similar shot whilst showing some movement. Same sort of end result as us airshow photographer's try to get with planes to show prop-blur. You could also try panning with the traveling dart for another effect. Just thinking beyound your photo.
