maria 7 Posted June 10, 2005 Large sea (on the right) and old port (on the left) in Nice, France. I have chosen this for upload because of the differences in how lightis reflected and the non symmetry but equilibrum given by the stones. Does it work for you? thanks a lotMaria Link to comment
derekwin 0 Posted June 10, 2005 I like the leading line and I think the lone fisherman adds a nice story to the scene. I find the overall image a bit dark. I see the light on one side and not the other. Interesting. Link to comment
maria 7 Posted June 12, 2005 Hi Derek, thanks for the comment.Yes, one side is with light, the other is dark, that was an intention. We have a student photo competition to the topic of light; I intend to submit this photo, the sunset panorama of Karlsruhe, and the horse partially in light in Salzburg.I will not submit any picture on the scenography door; this is for another competition, a regional Rhine valley one. From the student competition I did not recuperate the submission from the last year, I hope they did not throw it away ... Participation was very low, as film photos were requested, so I've got a 3rd prize. Topic were viewing angles. regardsMaria Link to comment
